Things aren't going so well. You can't feel at all when you're disconnected entirely from reality and all that's left is lo-fi guitar fizz and nihilistic dance beats. You try to keep yourself company with old and not-so old records and endless fantasies of living a normal, functioning life, but your hollow body is destined to be as empty as the coliseum where no one fights anymore.
